Free Wi-Fi is provided on BlaBlaCar buses. Download music, movies, and other entertainment materials before your trip, as connections may be weak in rural areas. 

Luggage

Each passenger can bring one carry-on and two checked bags for free on BlaBlaCar Bus, with checked bags under 23 kg and labeled with your name, phone number, and address. Up to four bicycles (one per ticket) can be booked in advance.

Accessibility

BlaBlaCar buses accommodate passengers with reduced mobility. Notify the company when booking to arrange any necessary assistance.

Food and drink

You may bring and eat cold food and drinks, such as sandwiches and bottled water, on the BlaBlaCar buses. However, hot food is not allowed for the comfort and safety of all passengers.

Bicycle

Bicycles are allowed in the hold as one piece of luggage on BlaBlaCar Bus if they are foldable and placed in a protective cover (max. dimensions: 200cm, max. weight: 23kg), while e-bikes and electric scooters are not permitted.

Luggage
Your Eurostar ticket allows you to take a generous amount of luggage on board with no weight restrictions. You can carry two suitcases and one hand-held item, all labeled properly, as long as they don't exceed 85 cm in length. Baby strollers and pushchairs are allowed on board. You can also bring your bike or musical instrument, which will count as one of your two medium-sized luggage pieces as long as it is in a carrying case under 85 cm in length.
Accessibility
Assistance for travelers with disabilities or the elderly is available at all stations. The type of assistance varies by location. Pre-booking at least 24 hours in advance is recommended, with a 60-minute prior arrival if not pre-booked.
Food and drink
Café Métropole aboard Eurostar trains offers discounts for reusable cups. Unsold food is donated to Olio, benefiting London communities. Food in Standard Premier: Standard Premier offers international dishes throughout the day. Breakfast features fruits, pastries, and more until 10:14. After 10:15, enjoy a light meal, dessert, and drinks. Food in Business Premier: Business Premier's menu is curated by Michelin-starred chef Raymond Blanc OBE. Drinks, from tea to champagne, are available throughout the journey.
Air conditioning
Fresh air is constantly drawn in and filtered throughout the journey.
Bicycle
Got a musical instrument or guitar under 85 cm? You can include it as part of your luggage on Eurostar. If you have a boxed bike, reserve a spot by reaching out to the Eurostar travel service (available on select trains). Folding and children's bikes under 85 cm are welcome, but they should be in a protective bag. Heads up: e-scooters and hoverboards are a no-go. Plus, you can bring along a pair of skis or a snowboard in addition to your luggage
Luggage

Each passenger can bring one carry-on bag (up to 25lbs/11kg) and one stored bag (up to 50lbs/23kg) for free on FlixBus. Excess baggage up to 50lbs (23kg) is accepted for a fee, with limited space available, so booking in advance is recommended.
